Program Description
If you opt in, Shawn Packard for State Representative District 64 may send recurring SMS or MMS messages to the number you provide. Messages may include campaign updates, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, fundraising requests, and voting information. Messages may be sent manually or using automated messaging technology. This website records opt-in requests but does not itself send text messages.
Consent
Signing up for texts is voluntary. It is not required to make a donation, volunteer, contact the campaign, or receive campaign information by other means. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. The text-message checkbox on the contact form is unchecked by default; you can send a contact message without selecting it. If you select it, you must provide a phone number.
Opting Out
If you receive a campaign text, reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one final text confirming your request. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also ask the campaign to withdraw your text-message request before texting begins using the contact information below.
